Clarence Eugene III joined Manning in 2012 as a member of the New Orleans Arena renovation team, and has worked within the architectural and construction industry since 2005. Clarence has experience in residential and commercial design, with primary focus on retail, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, education, and places of worship projects. His leadership on the program management team for New Orleans Public Schools has been vital to the success of the program to establish and manage the capital projects for the ninety-one campus system.

He is highly proficient in the technology that supports design and construction, including 2D and 3D modeling software, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Clarence is OSHA Certified and a LEED Green Associate.
