We are delighted to be at work once again on Xavier’s campus, extending our campus engagement that began over thirty-five years ago. Our work at Xavier has encompassed forty separate projects, including the Convocation Center, site development of the West Campus, an Institutional Master Plan, and St. Joseph Student Center. Manning, APC has teamed with Gensler for the design of a new residence hall and parking structure. The 832-bed dormitory will be designed to enhance student housing options and experiences. We look forward to engaging campus and community members in the design process and to developing a residence hall that attracts and serves students with a new sustainable facility.
