We never stop learning and neither should you. We offer regular continuing education (CEUs) for our staff and a multi-layered mentoring program. As a firm, we keep on top of technology innovations as well as happenings and shifts in our areas of expertise, and we contribute thought leadership, continually exploring what good design means and the impact we have as designers and planners on people.

We support our professional staff by reimbursing fees for annual license renewals and professional organization dues. We also support those working toward licensure.

We look for interns for the summer, semester, and year-round, in part-time and full-time capacities. Our internships are paid and can be credited toward your Architectural Experience Program for NCARB, or work experience requirements for CIDQ or AICP. If you are driven to learn and succeed, we can help you to gain knowledge and experience in a thriving office where you may be exposed to all facets of design.

Interns must be entering in their fourth or fifth year of college and be experienced in AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup and Adobe Suite. Indicate in your letter which office you are applying to, dates of availability, and hours per week preferred.
