Manning teamed with AECOM and EDR on the design and fast-track approach needed to complete multiple projects during the center's offseason. Our team proposed and executed multiple design projects focused on return on investment. Since the construction had to occur between basketball seasons, we also worked with the client to prioritize scheduling and phasing of the projects. Efficient production and delivery of design and construction documents, frequent site visits, and constant communication ensured that Manning and all team members were able to deliver the desired results in just six months for each phase.

Renovations included new internal and external media technology, meeting rooms, and patron experience upgrades including renovations of all existing concession stands, a new bandstand with a bar below, sports bar, lobbies, and a new entrance to welcome visitors.
