Manning is teamed with Coleman Partners and Perkins & Will on a new STEM Complex on Southern University’s Baton Rouge campus. Located prominently within the academic core, the building is designed to take advantage of pedestrian paths of travel on the landscaped corner site. The new 109,000 sf center will serve students with classrooms, teaching labs, amenities, and a dedicated research lab center.
