Manning renovated twenty-nine concession stands in the Smoothie King Center. Keeping the arena open imposed considerable time constraints for the project. Manning was able to meet the challenge and execute design and construction in three months, just in time for the first Pelicans game of the season. Efficiency, constant communication, and daily site visits were the core of the due diligence required to deliver the fast-track project. As a result, the client was able to significantly boost concession sales revenue within the ideal time frame.
