Manning, in collaboration with Taniya Nayek Design, was the Architect of Record for a new Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurant located on the ground floor of 499 Washington Blvd in Jersey City, NJ. With a clear view of the Hudson River and an impressive, trendy interior design the new location is poised for success. It is a new addition to the massive 600-acre live-work waterfront community. The new location includes a spacious bar, main dining room, four private dining rooms, and two outdoor patios. The restaurant includes seating for 420 — including 70 seats outside.
