A Legacy of Leadership and Impact

Under Ray Manning’s leadership, Manning, APC has experienced significant growth, establishing a reputation as an industry leader in creating impactful and sustainable environments. Beyond his architectural contributions, Mr. Manning has played a pivotal role in the rebuilding and revitalization of New Orleans. Following Hurricane Katrina, he served as Co-Chair of the Urban Planning Committee for the Bring New Orleans Back Commission, helping to guide the city’s recovery and redevelopment efforts. In 2023, he was honored as a New Orleans Tourism and Cultural Fund Established Artist in the Preservation Sector for his contributions to architecture and urban planning.

Manning, APC has also expanded its national presence. In 2009 the firm opened its Dallas office, and in 2022, Manning established a new office in Washington, DC, further strengthening the firm’s reach and influence in key markets.
