Jeff Houle's 35+ years of project management experience is broad-based, spanning aviation, corporate, federal, healthcare, higher education, PK-12 , and transit. His expertise is equally wide-ranging and reflects a deep understanding of clients' perspectives and unique project needs. In addition to standard architectural services, he is skilled in building inspections, facility assessments, cradle-to-grave environmental leadership, safety and security, accessibility standards and special codes, storm shelter design, value engineering, commissioning assistance, risk management, quality assurance, program management, and conflict mitigation. As a Design Manager for Dallas Independent School District, Jeff was instrumental in managing the 2008, 2015, and 2020 bond programs totaling over $6 billion.

National experience adds to Jeff's ability to conceptualize innovative solutions. Coupled with his natural curiosity, he is driven to find the best answers for each challenge concerning design, project management, construction, or other services needed to align projects with owners' expectations. A registered architect in three states, he is glad to call Texas home, where he has lived for twelve years.
