Housing incorporated the latest thinking and innovations in eco-friendly designs and technologies. The plan incorporates agriculture at multiple scales to allow farming as an industry as well as home and community gardens. Other land uses span the spectrum to create a new village concept that honors the traditional communal nature of native Nigerian villages and embrace sustainability at all levels from renewable energy to land cultivation systems.
