New Orleans Riverfront Feasibility Study and Master Plan
Fueling redevelopment of the New Orleans Riverfront
Manning conducted a feasibility study and conceptual plan for a seasonal, multi-purpose amphitheater along the banks of the Mississippi River. The purpose was to explore the possibility of a creative event site featuring open-air venues that would draw activity to the New Orleans Riverfront.
The work included a market analysis that assessed marketplace potential, location, and size of the facility, parking, programming, sales sponsorship analysis, and event and box suite sales data. Further, a finance analysis included reports on staffing personnel, seating, technical components, signage, equipment, and an operating pro forma.
The data-driven master plan was a step toward redevelopment of the Riverfront.
