Manning, as part of MA/EDR, a joint venture, developed the vision plan for the sixty-acre site surrounding the New Orleans Morial Convention Center. These areas offer the opportunity to generate new value by creating an authentic and memorable New Orleans experience for visitors and residents. The six-mile stretch situated along the Mississippi River features three distinct environments: a linear park, a waterfront experience, and an extension of the existing urban fabric through a new mixed-use neighborhood. These envisioned environments are now coming to fruition.
