To respond to market conditions with the highest level of impact, Manning prepared a master plan to set the stage for the AECOM Arena’s renovation. The Manning team began with an evaluation of the current conditions of the event facility, and with a team of consultants, created a long-term Master Plan for renovating the Arena. Manning was responsible for site planning, developing improvements for the pre-game event space, the Arena entrance plaza, additional valet parking strategies, and connections to Girod Street and adjoining garages.
