Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport Concessions (2012)
Design services for concessions and kiosks at MSY
Concessions are a vital part of the airport for the revenue generated, the branding they can add, and the comfort they provide to travelers. Manning programmed and designed concession spaces at MSY on Concourses B, C, and D, in the Main Terminal, and at various retail kiosk locations. The concessions included Creole Kitchen, Westwin News and Westwin News retail kiosks, and Perlis Cajun Clothing.
The projects ranged between 500 - 3,000 square feet and included full interior renovations to improve the customer experience. The design and construction approach for all of the projects were expedited to avoid lengthy business interruption in an airport terminal that serves over ten million passengers per year.
