Manning, APC designed the renovations of an existing storefront space to create Kay’s, a boutique shop on Toulouse Street in the French Quarter. The historic space was transformed using arch ways and LED lighting details that allowed the mood of the space to shift. All designs were made with approval of local historic authorities having jurisdiction.
