Manning is on-call at DFW Airport. This project to upgrade the baggage system is part of the airport’s five-year plan associated with the TSA’s Recapitalization Program. Manning is working with Corgan to replace existing explosive detection systems in the Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) areas of Terminals A, B, and C, requiring strategic phasing and coordination with ongoing projects to keep the terminals operational during demolition and construction.

The critical project includes verification of the volumes of passengers and checked bags, stakeholder coordination, and conformance with TSA, FAA, and DFW design standards.
