An award-winning architect with over 25 years of experience, Blaik Ritchie delivers projects that meet demanding requirements and serve users, owners, and the community. As the principal of Manning’s Dallas office, he is responsible for client engagement and project leadership. His experience includes a deep bench of education, civic, commercial, and corporate sector projects and impactful contributions to a broader range of project types.

Blaik’s work can be seen in Texas and throughout the U.S., Africa, Europe, and South America. He credits this global experience with broadening his approach to architectural design and problem-solving, enabling him to accommodate clients’ needs most effectively. He’s learned to adapt to the different approaches taken by various municipalities and how to translate a project administration methodology into an opportunity for highly responsive design and a long-term client relationship.
